Refund Policy

MAWD wants you to feel safe while ordering from us. 

Returns and exchanges of items in condition as received, are instantly accepted within two weeks from receiving the item. All you need to do is call/whatsapp us on 01141111923 and we will arrange the return/exchange. Exchanges and return delivery fees are on the client, unless a product was delivered broken/not working.

Gifts are returned in exchange for store credit, not for cash.
