When will I receive my order?

If your address is in Cairo and you order before 12 pm, you will receive your order same day and a courier or customer service member will call you ahead to make sure you are home. 

If you order after 12 pm, you will most probably receive your order next day. If you have an emergency please call us on 01141111923 and we will do our very best to accommodate you. 

For any city in Egypt delivery takes up to five working days.

International deliveries take from 7-14 working days. Unfortunately breakable and liquid products cannot be internationally delivered.
